Thanks for letting me join. I am the owner of a 1974 Colt that I have owned since 1976--it runs and is ready to drive. It's pretty rusty (too many South Dakota winters w/ salt on the roads). It sat from 1992 until 2012 (not running). I have been working on it (slowly) the past 8 years to overcome various problems (the fuel system was the biggest hurdle). The 1600 CC engine just purrs and the 4 speed and clutch are in wonderful shape for a 46 year old car. My radio doesn't work--is there any place to have that fixed? I'm not sure that I want to invest a whole lot in that--I would rather spend $ on the Craig 8 track tape player that was in it (not stock, of course).
