Mountain grains have a long tradition in the Albula Valley. At the organic farm Las Sorts in Filisur, original spelt, barley, forest perennial rye and oats are cultivated. The organic-regenerative land management, the intense UV light in the mountains and the dry inner-Alpine climate produce grains of the highest quality and intense flavour.
