They therefore also cultivated the white grape variety, which originally comes from Spain, in their home country of South Africa. The result did not disappoint: full-bodied and fragrant with aromas of apricots, nectarines and floral notes, the Springfield Albarino also impresses with its minerality and beautiful acidity. This white wine is best enjoyed with tapas – salty, spicy appetizers are particularly recommended – but Springfield Albarino is also a delight with Asian dishes or on its own.
