This Franconian classic impresses with its fine variety of malts and its down-to-earth, balanced taste. The non-alcoholic cellar beer is brewed in exactly the same way as the alcoholic beer, but fermentation is stopped before the yeast can produce alcohol. As a result of this process, a subtle residual sweetness remains in the beer. The alcohol-free beer specialty is refined with an extra portion of hops: Rittmayer’s alcohol-free beer is cold-hopped with the aroma-intensive Cascade hop variety.The result of this process is a beer with strong aromas of sun-ripened grain and spicy yeast that makes it an enticing drink.
