Our caraway is either drunk cold or used as a base for tea punch (a hot drink similar to grog).We dedicate our caraway liqueur to the red fox(Vulpes vulpes). It is the most common wild dog in Europe and is a carnivore. It is also often found on our estate. The red fox is an undemanding omnivore, but here it often feeds on field mice in our extensive orchards.
