Originally brewed at The Veil and hopped with an aggressive amount of Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra hops. (8.5%)60 Minute IPAOur friends at Dogfish gave us the nod to Freaky Friday one of their best known beers for our 10th Anniversary. 60 Minute IPA has been a staple beer in craft for a long time and we hope we are doing it justice. (6.0%)Insert Hip Hop Reference HereOur friends at Monkish and Trillium let us Freaky Friday one our favorite TIPA’s. This one is a classic double dry hopped IPA with Galaxy. (10.1%)HDHC Psycho SueThe Toppling crew agreed to this Freaky Friday tweak of Pseudo Sue as an HDHC version. Just all kinds of Citra all over the place in this one. (5.8%)7th AnniversaryOur 7th Anniversary IPA was jammed with an all star cast of American and New Zealand-grown hops and has some hops that really push the intensity envelope. To celebrate our 7th Anniversary we decided to stuff this beer with some of our favorite hops from 2020. Citra and Citra Cryo, perennial favorites, Motueka and Riwaka from our friends Freestyle Hops in New Zealand, Cashmere with its crazy fruity pebbles profile, and a little hit of Ekuanot for its strong tropical fruit character. We have always loved this beer and we love working with the folks at Foam. This 10th Anniversary edition batch has received the HDHC treatment, has Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy, and also features the addition of Galaxy Spectrum, Nelson Sauvin Cryo and Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief.
