Traditionally, tzatziki is prepared from a firm, drained yogurt, cucumbers, spices and olive oil. Ideally, the yogurt should be left to drain overnight. Through the cucumbers and olive oil, it gets some liquid again and thus becomes smooth.With our spice preparation we have developed a delicious and quick variant for you. We use pure ingredients and do without glutamate and preservatives. Preparation: Stir 1 – 2 teaspoons of spice mixture into a cup (approx. 150 g) of Greek yogurt (10%). Add coarsely grated and well drained cucumber according to taste. Leave to infuse for a few minutes – done!
